Here is the following selection process: 

  • The normalized marks that candidates got in their qualifying degree will be used to narrow down the list of applicants. Marks from the qualified degree will be normalized using the formulas on the Join Indian Navy website (URL: https://www.joinindiannavy.gov.in/files/normalisation.pdf).
  • BE/B Tech. For students who have finished or are in their last year of BE/B Tech, marks up to the fifth term will be used to narrow down the list for SSB.
  • Post-Graduate Degree Program. Marks from all classes will be taken into account for individuals with an MSc, MCA, MBA, or M Tech. Applicants in their last year, they will be chosen based on how well they did in their previous years.
  • Those on the final honor list will have to send an email to the address [email protected] with proof that they have a degree with at least 60% of the needed marks. Applicants who don’t meet the requirements won’t be able to join the Academy.
  • No one will be able to talk to us about this.
  • Candidates who are chosen for an SSB interview will be told by e-mail or SMS (using the information they gave on their application form). Candidates are told not to change their e-mail or cell phone number until the process of choosing them is over.
  • You can’t change where your SSB interview is held under any circumstances.
  • Any letter about changing SSB dates should be sent to the call-up officer of the relevant SSB as soon as the call-up letter arrives. Candidates should download the call-up letter when they get a message from IHQ MoD (N) at the phone number or email address they gave in their application.
  • If you get hurt during an SSB interview because of a test, you won’t be able to get paid.AC If you are going to your first SSB interview for a certain type of commission, you can use a 3-tier train pass. When going to SSB, candidates must bring a print of the first page of their passbook or check leaf, which has their name, account number, and IFSC number.
